Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent comfort and traction Owning a couple pair of the Terrex Free Hiker i was really excited to find what looked to be essentially a low-top version. With over 30 miles already on them I can say they do not disappoint. Great grip and excellent comfort for a rugged outdoor shoe, they are now my go-to when hiking. While they don’t possess Ultraboost levels of comfort, they could easily be all day shoes given the amount of boost packed in them. Tests notes; there was some break-in required which surprised me given that the Free Hikers didn’t require any. Also they aren’t close to the comfort level of ultraboosts. But all that said they possess all the comfort you could ever hope for in shoe with this much outdoor capability.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shoes! I had given up on Adidas shoes a long time ago. I was looking for some responsive, cushioned, grippy trails running shoes. I found them! I am a fan of the bounce material, the grippy rubber on the sole, and the extremely comfortable knit upper. I've worn these in a wide variety of conditions and these shoes have met the conditions every time and exceeded what I needed. If you're thinking about buying them, do it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Trail runners? Is this a joke? I was very excited to wear my terrex 2s thinking that unlike the ultra boost “off road” shoes which are a joke as trail runners, these would be supportive, stable and have good traction as implied by the terrex line. What a disappointment. These shoes are sloppy, overly spacious inside and are in no way a trail running shoe. I went about a mile before quitting as I could tell an injury was coming any second. These are basically less attractive, less comfortable ultra boosts. In other words, they’re good for a fashionable walk if you keep them clean. Avoid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Adidas Terrex Parley: VERY COOL and RED HOT Bought this product a little over 3 weeks ago. The sneakers are very comfortable as they have the special BOOST type sole. Most importantly, the Continental rubber tread gives the wearer a really good alligator type grip on both sand or gravel surfaces. Many people also mentioned that really liked the colors used, bright blue with orange color/ black palette combination ---looks RED HOT during the daytime. These shoes stand well above any competitors product line, A strong BUY recommendation. You will not be disappointed at all--

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Traction on this shoe leaves a lot to be desired This shoe is incredibly comfortable and feels amazing underfoot. The one quam I have about this product, is that the traction was not as grippy as I'd hoped for on wet trails. I did't feel sure of my footing while running technical terrain. This will be a shoe I take out on dry trail days for unmatched comfort and style.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Try them on but super comfortable I was worried at first of the toe box and overall size. I am an 11 but thought I might switch to a 10.5. I however risked a short trail run with a good pair of socks and was glad to have the 11. The shoe and its construction are great along with the heel toe drop. The only issue is the sock like tongue that creeps up high on your midfoot. The material rubbed two blisters which started to bleed. I retied my shoes and folded over the extra tongue material and tied the laces to keep the the tongue down. All good.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great underfoot, too tight in the upper I wore these for a nine mile run out of the box. They were fast and felt great. Tons of energy return from the boost midsole. The second run I did was a 20 miler with about 3k of vert. The sock liner proved to be way too tight on the instep and cut off circulation to a vein in my foot. Caused several days worth of recovery. Unfortunately these shoes will only be used for kicking around the house or maybe some very short fast trail runs in the future.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not quite what I expected I bought this a few weeks ago and I must say that they are certainly not as comfortable as I expected. Truly disappointed. I thought that it was more like a low top terrex free hiker parley....wrong..returning. The sides irritate my feet
