Rated 4 out of 5 by Egella from Great fit and comfort for average hike I bought this recently and have used this on 3, 6-8 mile hikes. So far, they are light on the feet, and used it in creeks and mud, and my feet were dry. They also look better than the average hiking shoes. My feet did hurt after 8 miles but then its 8 miles so I don't think it was all the shoes fault. They have pretty good comfort on the foot padding but not sure for long hikes? They are easy to clean after the hike with a hose as well. I have tried so many shoes and never would have thought that Adidas made good hiking shoes. Better than the ones that I have bought from REI. I would buy it again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Becca from Super Waterproof Great Shoe First off, on me Adidas shoes usually fit really big. My normal size is a 10 and I almost always wear a 9.5 or 9 in Adidas, but the 10's fit great in these! I've work them hiking a bunch in Oregon, and we know wet here... and the gore-tex has help up like a dream! They's stiff enough to provide good support but forgiving enough to be nimble, which is great. The only cons I found: they're not out-of-box 100% comfy for me, there was a bit of break-in period... and the tongue sometimes pops out a bit and lets dirt in. But beyond that they're my new go to wet conditions hiking shoes!

Rated 5 out of 5 by jesslikestohike from These shoes are tough! These shoes are comfortable right out of the box and have amazing grip thats great for hikes in all terrain. I tested these shoes out on a recent road trip through southern Utah. I did all sorts of hiking that involved climbing over sandstone boulders, narrow slot canyons, and trekking through sand, and even mud! I hiked through about 10 miles of mucky mud and completely trashed my boots, but I was able to wash them out and they are almost as good as new again. These shoes are tough and can take a beating!

Rated 5 out of 5 by DC14661 from Great Hiking Boot Bought a pair from my wife and she loves them. We did Mt Whitney with these via the mountaineering route 6/5/2019. There was a ton of snow/slush and ice and her feet were happy and warm the entire time. These boots fit true to size and aren't that wide. They are very durable, waterproof (and breathable!! super important) and provide great support. They are also crampon compatible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Adrienne from Comfy, sturdy, excellent in winter I bought these for a backpacking trip last fall and I fell in love with them so much that I honestly wear them almost every day. I was looking for vegan backpacking boots, which are still a little tricky to find, but these fit the bill! They've been great boots for tromping around campus this winter. The tread is great, they're lightweight, and the toe box is wide enough for my toes to spread out. The ball of the foot has a bit of a curve so you can rock through each step. I'm definitely going to be wearing these year-round as I work outdoors.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Wfriday1972 from Hurt my feet. They don't stand by their product. I love the style of these shoes and I have owned and loved many pairs of Adidas, but these hurt my feet and ankles out on the trails. I reached out to the company and was told that I need to try them out at home first because they don't accept returns of shoes worn outside. I wore them in my house, however, you can't tell how shoes are going to feel on rough terrain by wearing them at home. They offered me 30% off of a new pair. They didn't stand by the first pair, why would I buy a second with a paltry 30% off? Sorry Adidas, you lost a customer today.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kerrisayss from Solid Great grip for wet surfaces and steep trails. I love the width in these—- as boots tend to run too narrow for me so these worked well. At first I thought maybe I ordered a half size too big, but after tightening the laces, I had a solid fit. They don’t feel heavy or troublesome like some boots. Walked through muddy puddles like it was nothing. Happy with these! :-)

Rated 3 out of 5 by Rosie A from Not for me - Runs Large, Too Stiff These run a half size too LARGE, as do the W Five Ten Freerider Pros I bought this past year. Seems Adidas is having trouble with their women's sizing this past year and it sucks that they won't exchange sizes. These are very stiff, which isn't necessarily a con if you're doing many long distance hikes on rugged terrain... however I'd rather return and get something with more flex and cushion right off the bat since I don't need that level of sturdy hiking shoe and I don't want to trash my feet breaking these in.
