Rated 4 out of 5 by JennyO from Runs True to Size So following everybody's advice, I ordered a half size down. I would not recommend doing that. I think the shoe has so much cushioning on the heel/ankle area that even though they look like they run big, they actually end up fitting pretty true to size. I ended up exchanging them for my usual size. I haven't hiked in them, but the shoes were very comfortable when I put them on. They seemed breathable, and are very lightweight. I think these will make a good summer hiking shoe. They also seemed to have just enough ankle support to be stabilizing, but not so much that they're stiff or uncomfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BHikes from Love! These shoes are so good! They give the comfort of a tennis shoe with the support of a hiking boot. I’ve been breaking them in on many hikes. I was worried about the ankles because some said they were tight, but I have thicker ankles and they fit great! Very stretchy! The grip while walking downhill on muddy or gravel paths is excellent. And they are so comfortable! They feel like my favorite pair of running shoes, but with the support of a hiking boot. Had to walk through a stream on a recent hike, and these things drain water like a normal hiking boot just doesn’t. Nothing kills a good hike like tired feet, but these will keep you feeling good through the end! I’ll never go back to the traditional stiff boots!

Rated 2 out of 5 by light hiker from Too small and too big? Was so excited to get these. I usually wear a 7.5 and took the advice to knock a half size off. The 7s came in the mail and they felt like a size 8. At first I was open to exchanging for a smaller pair but after walking around my house in them I noticed that they felt a little clumsy outside of being too big. And even though they were too big my toe was actually hitting the front of the shoe and legitimately started to hurt after a few minutes. I couldn't make this go away even by tightening the laces. I love a tight ankle but this one offered no support, just a sock squeeze that was annoying to get in and out of. To be fair I think my expectations were way too high. I know from experience with the ultraboost X shoe that this foam sole is incredible for comfortable city walking - but I don't think this modification is ready for hiking yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by kmarie from LOVE these boots! I have crazy feet with high arches and have to wear insoles to keep my feet happy. Bought the men's version for my son and he loved them, so thought I would give them a try. I wore them the first time for a 10 mile hike and they are the best!! Super comfortable, lightweight, great tread and they keep rocks and dirt from getting into your boot! I usually wear a size 8, but followed the other reviews and ended up happy with a size 7.

Rated 5 out of 5 by noem2 from Nice blend between a hiking shoe/running shoe I bought these because I am a runner, so when I hike I like to have the ability to jog intermittently. They definitely run big!! Order a size down. I am normally a 9 and ordered an 8 and they are still a little roomy (I can wear thick socks). Super excited to use them!
