Rated 5 out of 5 by Schmoopsy from Excellent shoe I bought this to replace my worn out Addidas shoes that were not this style, but from the hiking shoe type line......these as well as my previous ones have been comfortable to wear right out of the box - I put on at least 5 miles on a day on concrete floors at work - up and down ladders, etc. These shoes required no break in time - just wear and go - the traction is excellent and they are sturdy enough to hike around outside anywhere, yet light enough to not drag you down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by K Williams from Great hiking shoe! Purchased this about a month ago. We have been on a couple hikes with them and they are working great. There is plenty of stiffness and support in the sole to make light work of rough trails while still being comfortable.

Rated 3 out of 5 by AZLolly from No inside aupport I own two pair of the original terrex style before there were choices, for light Arizona hiking. I needed a pair for street-path hiking In Illinois so opted for the moderately priced eastrail style. What a waste. I had to take the insole out of my Oboz hiking shoes to even walk in these. The insole is thin and flat, no arch or padding. Unless you have special insoles or want to foot the bill for a separate insole purchase skip these shoes. The upper shoe structure is okay and the laces do hold. Tongue is cumbersome.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Deejay from Great fit I love the Adidas fit; I always buy size 8 and I know then they'll always fit perfectly. These shoes are perfect for light he long and walking on the city's greenway.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Huehue from didn't fit well I'm usually a size 7. But i've been hearing and reading reviews about adidas shoes running a size bigger. So instead of getting these shoes in 7's, i ordered both a 6 and 6.5. I waited for them to be delivered, then tried them on, none fit. The 6 definitely did not fit. The 6.5 would have fit, if only my big toe didn't feel the pressure. So maybe i should have also ordered the 7's anyway. I'm now having mixed feelings about adidas. I'll try again next time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JayCo from Excellent buy! I bought these and wore them on a hike, pretty much right out of the box. They were great! Provided the prefect amount of cushion and traction for a moderate hike. They’re also very easy to match with anything, which is a big plus. Would definitely recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Arymolero from Great stability! I used these boots for hiking this weekend - the trail was rocky, then muddy, then wet and ended up super icy. These shoes worked just great on each of these situations. Love it!
