A maximum of one credit card or pre-paid credit card may be used on one order.
For your security, your billing name and address must be entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. An order that does not match these criteria is subject to cancellation.
We occasionally offer exclusive promotional codes to customers who sign up for an account. These premium offers to provide limited-time discounts on adidas outdoor merchandise from adidasoutdoor.com only (these do not apply to adidas.com).
To apply a code that you have received, proceed the checkout process. Once you're on the payment page, enter the code exactly as it appears in the "Using a Promo Code" field. Codes are case sensitive. Click apply to activate that code. If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in your payment summary. If the product is excluded from the promotion or the code is expired, the code will not apply. Only one promo code per order will be applied.
Cancel or Change Your Order
We are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed/submitted. However, you may return your product using our free returns option within 30 days of receipt.
Occasionally, orders are canceled by our system if the product is unavailable if we are unable to verify your payment information, ship to the address provided or detect that this is a duplicate order. We will promptly email you to provide notice of cancellation.
Returns & Return Labels
All returns must be sent back to adidasoutdoor.com following the instructions included in your box. Remember, if you are a registered user - returns are FREE! Product purchased on adidasoutdoor.com cannot be returned to an adidas store
A return label should be included in the original carton; however, if you cannot find it, it may have moved to the bottom of the box, or stuck on the bottom flaps due to the transit from our warehouse to your delivery location. If this is not the situation and you cannot find it, please contact us to request a new return label.
