Rated 5 out of 5 by Bubaluke from Awesome DH/AM Shoe This is my 2nd pair of Hellcats and I must say that I really love them. This is my 1st time getting the hellcat pro's and at 1st I didn't like the new style strap. It is a bit hard to get into loop and strap it down. Maybe it will get better as the shoe breaks in. The 2nd thing is I wish they had a wide foot size able. the last pair I had was a bit big but managed. I sized down to my normal size and they are really tight and I needed to loses end them during a ride. This might also be due to the new shoe and it is not broken in yet. Will be wearing them around the house to see if they break in more. But overall I really love this shoe and will continue to buy it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Rollercoaster from Strap too short High quality shoe with just one massive drawback. I have a high arc/high instep foot (not crazy high instep, I wear most shoes and ski boots without any problem and I've been wearing 5.10 bike shoes for ages) and it's completely impossible for me to close the strap with the velcro tab as this is too small and just won't reach the main strap. The shoes fits perfectly otherwise, so I'm wearing the proper size for my feet. This would be an easy thing to solve by reconstructing the strap closure and adding a longer velcro tab to fit a wider variety of foot shapes. Now I had to return my shoes, which was a major bummer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nickn712 from Everything you would want from a MTB shoe I have been using these shoes for over two years now. They have been nothing short but excellent, which is what I have come to expect from 5.10. I have used their mountain bike shoes for 10 years now and have not been disappointed with any style that I have used. These shoes are stiff, durable, and protect your feet, which is everything you want from a mountain biking shoe. They have seen some pretty heavy abuse over the past couple years and have held up exceptionally. The only reason I bought a new pair was because I wanted a different color. I would recommend these shoes over and over.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ShaggyDog from Shoes I can live in I have had my Hellcat's for over 2 years now. I recently completed a 1000km+ bike trek over a 3 week period. They are the only shoes I packed, so I was riding, walking and occasionally running in them. Although they are not particularly good for running, they are very comfortable when walking. They are great when on the bike. The strap across the laces keep the laces secure and prevented plant material and mud from getting into them. They were very easy to clean (meaning when it rained or I was walking in wet grass, the mud washed off them without me needing to wash them at all). Despite having them for 2 years, they still feel like they have a lot left in them. I am very happy with them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Connriverdesign from Sturdy and comfortable Came from a couple pairs of impact vi? And these seemed like a comparable shoe. They are a bit heavier and the sole is thicker with a more recessed clear pocket. They are very comfortable compared to the impacts with a more secure feeling. Depending on your pedals these may be a tight fit, I had to back the pins all the way in on my crank brothers enduro pedals and it took ah hour of riding to get them moving freely. After a few hours in them I think they’re a solid improvement over the impacts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Good Sir from A good comfortable durable shoe I use these shoes for wetter conditions as they’re really easy to clean. They are comfy, stiff but still have enough flex to have good feel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Donnyguy from Solid shoes I rode in these shoes about 5 times now. They are very sturdy yet still comfortable! My feet start to get a little sore after a long day of riding just because there’s not that much cushion on the insole but a put a new one in and you’re all good. Also the material is waterproof and leather like making it super easy to clean with just a wet rag!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Nman from Great shoe, far from perfect 2 years in these shoes, they're solid as ever. Tough as a steel-toed workboot, comfortable as slippers. Heavy as a boulder, twice so when wet. Once wet, give them days to dry out. Tiny narrow metal loop for strap is ludicrously too small. Just a couple more mm's for the opening please!
