Rated 4 out of 5 by G No from Believe the hype...?? So far, so good! I've only had the Freerider Pro's for a few weeks, but everything I've read and heard about the grip and tackiness of of soles have proved to be true. Prior to these, I rode in Van's Pro BMX shoes without complaint or issue, but wanted to try something different. I had no issues with fit. Also, the Freerider Pro has endured some poor weather trail conditions very well (much better than the faux suede of my Vans Pros) My only complaint is the laces; Too thick / wide for easy tightening, at least in my opinion (swapped for Vans laces, ironically) Overall, very satisfied! We will see how they hold up the rest of summer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Grant725 from Comfortable out of the box. These shoes are sturdier than the McAskill version which is also a favorite of mine. They are comfortable out of the box, perfect flat peddle shoes with great grip, and relatively comfortable to walk around in all day. They strike a perfect balance between the stiffness needed on the peddles while still flexing enough when walking. For as stiff as they are they’re really well cushioned. The only minor complaint is that they’re hot. They look to be well ventilated above the foot, but could benefit from a few holes to allow breathing out the side of the shoe.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jody75 from Solid bike shoe ! Very solid shoe .nice and stiff . My main concern is how long the bottom of the shoe holds up . My last pair of impact vxi didn't make a full season (1,000 miles)with big chunks falling off the bottom but these seem more durable. So far so good !

Rated 2 out of 5 by RogerC from Terrible Insoles I been using the shoes for about three weeks, since I purchase them a month ago. Thats about 8 to 10 rides with good weather conditions and all I have to say is THIS SHOES GENERATE A LOT OF HEAT ON YOUR FEETS and I'm talking about 6 to 8 miles ride, really short ride. I tried different socks and the same problems. Also, Dont expect much grip for the first 4 to 5 rides. I would give a better rating as they are confortable, good looking design but the performance while riding has not been the best. I bought some insoles, hopefully that fixes the heat issue, specially with the summer coming soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Romb from Great shoes! Definitely worth buying! It takes a few rides for them to become very comfortable. The shoe sole is amazingly grippy (feels like your using clips ) but also feels stiffer than previous years (probably a lot more durable) which also means a slight lack of feeling. Overall one of the greatest shoes on the market. Would strongly recommend these to anyone. Plus very affordable!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Friedmanndad from Solid, yet comfortable I bought these a few weeks ago and have been on about a half dozen bike rides with them so far. They’re grippy, lightweight, but still feel solid. The toe box is nice and strong too. I’d definitely buy another pair and recommend them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by AaronC from Seems a solid shoe! I've worn these for a short time but break in is going well and they seem to be a solid shoe. The sole is very sticky for stepping down on rocks or smooth, dry surfaces and gives a great grip to my flat pedals. Be careful stepping down on wet rocks or roots as they don't have much grip as they don't have an offroad tread. They are true to size on the metric sizing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Vutt73 from Super light yet nice firm bottom but not too firm Basically is much better version of the freerider. Lighter and a little more firm. Freerider was a little too soft. Foot got tired on 2 hr plus ride. Also a little heavy but even more when wet. The pro is just better all the way around.
