Does adidasoutdoor.com offer price protection?

adidasoutdoor.com will extend price protection for seven (7) days from the time of purchase.  To qualify for price protection, the exact article (style, color, and size) must be listed for sale on adidasoutdoor.com at the time of your request, not to exceed seven (7) days from the original date of purchase.

What are Ambassadors/Influencers?

adidas Outdoor utilizes Ambassadors and Influencers in our marketing programs. Influencers and Ambassadors may receive compensation in the form of either product, cash or cash equivalents. Any social post containing the hashtags #adidasoutdoor, #adidasterrex, #ambassador, #ad, or #ambsdr can be tied to a campaign with incentives for our ambassadors and influencers. Payment Options

We accept the following payment options:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards issued by banks located in United States of America. A maximum of one credit card may be used on one order. Currently, we do not accept prepaid credit cards

For your security, your billing name and address must be entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. An order that does not match these criteria is subject to cancellation.

Promotional Codes

We occasionally offer exclusive promotional codes to customers who sign up for an account. These premium offers provide limited time discounts on adidas outdoor merchandise.

To apply a code that you have received, proceed through checkout. Once you're on the payment page, enter the code exactly as it appears in the "Using a Promo Code" field. Codes are case sensitive. Click apply to activate that code. If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in your payment summary. If the product is excluded from the promotion or the code is expired, the code will not apply. Only one promo code per order will be applied.

Cancel or Change Your Order

We are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. However, you may return your product using our free returns option within 30 days of receipt.

Occasionally, orders are cancelled by our system if product is unavailable, if we are unable to verify your payment information, ship to the address provided or detect that this is a duplicate order. We will promptly email you to provide notice of cancellation.

When will my order ship?

All orders ship in 1-2 business days from your order date.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We are not currently licensed to ship outside of the US. In order to place an order on our site, the shipping and billing addresses must be in the US. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

I just received my order but want to exchange an item. What is the process?

Unfortunately, we currently do not have a direct exchange procedure. In order to “exchange” your product for a different product, you will need to return your product using the enclosed return label and place a new order on our site. Once that label is scanned by FedEx, we can begin processing the credit for the item you are returning.

Returns & Return Labels

All returns must be sent back to adidasoutdoor.com following the instructions included in your box.  Remember, if you are a registered user - returns are FREE!  Product purchased on adidasoutdoor.com cannot be returned to an adidas store

A return label should be included in the original carton; however, if you cannot find it, it may have moved to the bottom of the box, or stuck on the bottom flaps due to the transit from our warehouse to your delivery location.  If this is not the situation and you cannot find it, please contact us to request a new return label.

Product Warranty

Starting September 1, 2020, all warranty claims for adidas Outdoor and Five Ten products will now be handled by adidas.com.  addidasoutdoor.com will no longer be handling warranty claims.

To submit a warranty claim, you will need to call adidas.com Consumer Service at 1-800-982-9337 directly.

Q: What is the warranty on adidas footwear/apparel product?

A: adidas product manufactured or purchased within the last 12 months is eligible for a Return Authorization.

Q: What do I need to file a warranty claim?

A: Please submit the following three digital photos: 

a. One photo clearly showing the defect

b. One photo clearly showing the article number (ART # is a 6-digit numeric or

     alphanumeric code on the product tag)

c. One photo clearly showing the production date (found in the form of mm/yy)

Q: How do I file a Warranty Claim?

A: Once you have all of the information gathered, call adidas.com Customer Service at 1-800-982-9337

Q: Does adidas pay for return shipping?

A: If your item requires a physical inspection, adidas will provide a pre-paid return label

Q: What do I need to know about returning an item that was a gift?

A: A digital gift card is created and distributed to the person submitting the claim. 

Q: Do I need to send in a receipt?

A: A copy of your original receipt or itemized proof of purchase will be required.

Q: Will I be notified once you receive my claim?

A: Yes. Return processing can take up to 4 weeks. Once approved, an adidas digital gift card email will be sent out.

Q: What if I don't have an email address?

A: An email address is required to submit a warranty claim form.

Q: Do we need to send both shoes in for a claim even if only one shoe is defective?

A: Yes. Both shoes need to be sent back, even if only one is defective.

Q: If my item is accidentally damaged, will this be covered under warranty?

A: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, accident or neglect

Q: I purchased the item in another country, yet I live in the US. What do I select?

A: We handle warranty service for customers who reside in the US, regardless of purchase location.

How do I wash my garment?

Please check the care and content label on your garment for specific washing instructions. If the label is missing basic guidelines are: Machine wash cold.  Do not use bleach.  Tumble dry low/cool.  Iron if necessary. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener. Use mild detergent. Wash with like colors. Remove immediately after wash.

On all jackets add: Close zip all zippers, and close all Velcro® fasteners before you wash your jacket.

Can I use an adidas.com gift certificate on adidasoutdoor.com?

At this point in time adidas.com gift cards cannot be purchased at adidasoutdoor.com.

Can prices be matched between adidas.com and adidasoutdoor.com?

The two sites are separate with independent pricing.

Can I resell products purchased on adidasoutdoor.com?

The resale, transshipment or any form of diversion of adidas Outdoor/Five Ten products purchased on adidasoutdoor.com is expressly prohibited.
