CHOCOLATE ESPRESSO ENERGY GEL
Ingredients - makes 3.5 fl oz of gel:
2 tbsp dark agave
2 tbsp golden syrup
5 tsp espresso
6 tsp cacao powder
Pinch sea salt
Make the espresso shot.
Add to a saucepan and warm gently with the agave syrup, golden syrup and cacao powder.
Once mixed together add the sea salt.
While runny, pour into gel bottle/s and allow to cool.
